Building a Community That Feels Like Home
At WellCare Support, we believe every great community begins with mutual respect. Our Community Guidelines are designed to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where residents can live independently while enjoying the support of a positive, family-like atmosphere.
Every resident deserves to live in a peaceful, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Residents are expected to:
Treat fellow residents, staff, neighbors, and visitors with dignity and respect. Refrain from harassment, threats, discrimination, or violent behavior. Respect personal belongings and shared living spaces. Observe designated quiet hours to allow fellow residents to rest and prepare for work, school, or other daily responsibilities. Be considerate of noise levels, especially during evening and overnight hours.
Our homes are built around community living.
Residents are expected to:
Keep shared spaces clean after use. Respect roommates and common areas. Be considerate of noise levels. Help maintain a positive, family-like environment.
A clean home benefits everyone.
Residents are responsible for:
Keeping their bedroom tidy. Cleaning up after themselves. Participating in household responsibilities as assigned. Properly disposing of trash.
WellCare Support is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and drug-free community.
Illegal drugs and unauthorized controlled substances are prohibited on the property. Residents are expected to help maintain an environment that promotes safety, health, and respect for everyone in the home.
To help maintain the safety, privacy, and comfort of all residents, guests and visitors are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted by WellCare Support management.
Any approved visitor must:
Follow all Community Guidelines. Respect the home and its residents. Remain only during the approved visitation period.
Leave immediately if requested by staff or management. Unauthorized visitors may result in disciplinary action, including possible termination of residency in accordance with the Resident Agreement.
Establishing quiet hours helps create a home where everyone can rest, recharge, and prepare for the day ahead.
Keep televisions, music, phone calls, and conversations at a respectful volume. Avoid activities that may disturb other residents during quiet hours. Use headphones when appropriate.
Residents are expected to help protect the home by:
Reporting maintenance issues promptly. Avoiding intentional damage. Using appliances and furnishings responsibly.
Respecting all shared property.
To maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment, WellCare Support conducts periodic room inspections.
These inspections help us:
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation. Identify maintenance needs. Protect the safety of all residents. Maintain the overall quality of the home.
Our goal is not simply to enforce rules—it's to create a place where people enjoy living together. By treating one another with kindness, communicating respectfully, and taking pride in our homes, we can build a community that truly feels like family.
Regular house meetings are an important part of community living. These meetings provide an opportunity to share updates, discuss household concerns, review community expectations, and strengthen relationships among residents.
Residents are expected to attend scheduled house meetings unless excused by management. Participation helps maintain open communication and a positive living environment for everyone.
Timely payment is required to maintain residency at WellCare Support.
Residents are responsible for paying rent according to the payment schedule outlined in their Resident Agreement. Payment schedules may include daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly options depending on the residency arrangement.
Each payment schedule includes its own grace period. If payment is not received before the applicable grace period expires and no approved payment arrangement has been made, the residency termination process may begin in accordance with the Resident Agreement and applicable laws.
If you anticipate difficulty making a payment, we encourage you to contact management as soon as possible. Early communication allows us to discuss available options before the situation becomes more difficult.
Residents are required to notify management promptly if there is a significant change in their income or payment source.
Examples include:
Notifying management early may allow us to connect residents with community resources, employment opportunities, or other support services that may help maintain housing stability. While assistance cannot be guaranteed, we are committed to working with residents whenever possible to help them remain successfully housed.
