PRIVATE PAY RATES
Our pricing is designed to cover operational expenses, ensure reliability, and maintain high-quality service. The base rate is our pickup cost, which accounts for unforeseen circumstances and overhead expenses while en route to the passenger. This pickup rate is $30 from both the pickup location and the destination to ensure we can continue providing timely and efficient service.
In addition, we charge $2 per mile for transportation. While we do not have any additional fees for waiting time or general assistance, an additional passenger fee of $25 per leg (one way) applies since an extra passenger will occupy a seat that could otherwise be used for another rider. Each trip is limited to one additional passenger.

Payment Policy
WellCare Support Inc. operates as a cashless service. All invoices must be paid in full prior to the scheduled ride to guarantee service.
Payments are made via a secure payment link provided with your invoice.
We accept debit/credit cards, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
Once you receive your invoice, you must complete payment through the secure link to confirm your booking.
